We will raise the floor level by fixing 100mm bearers and relay any existing insulation. We will then fix timber floor boards to the 100mm bearers.
Most customers choose to floor the entirety of the garage loft roof space.
The floorboards are fixed using a pneumatic nail gun, which eliminates any percussion, thereby reducing the possibility of plaster plugs being knocked out on the ceiling below. The bearers are fixed to the joists or trusses using 80mm screws.
